OUR HISTORY:

Nearly 25 years ago, we started as Turn Key Builders Inc., a construction firm located in Greenfield, MA .  Jim has over 35+ years of building experience, and has trained extensively in green building methods and energy efficiency. For the past dozen years we have been building net zero homes and doing deep energy retrofits. In 2008 Turn Key built the first Tier III ENERGY STAR® Certified home in Massachusetts and since has built numerous others.

We began selling European style tilt turn windows 12 years ago and also used them in our houses. In 2018 we decided to hang up our hammer and we began to focus solely on windows.
